...in my case Catalina automatically logged into TV and Music with the "wrong" account. In order to find my Apple Music subscription and purchased movies and TV shows, in each app I had to Log Out of the wrong account and log back in using the iCloud account I have set up for all purchases. This restored my paid content and subscriptions.
