Just want to clear the air for everyone who apparently doesn't know this. With an iPhone with Touch ID, all you need to do to use Apple Pay is this:
Step 1: Take your locked iPhone (with your finger resting on the home button) and place it near the terminal.
That's it. You don't need to pull up the Wallet App, you don't need to unlock your iPhone prior. There are so many posts and threads which think you have to go through a series of steps to do this - which there aren't.
Face ID seems amazing and looks miles ahead of the competition. However, don't kid yourself on thinking that Touch ID's Apple Pay isn't significantly quicker & more seamless.
