Despite the specs listed on the product page via apple store/spp, the magsafe duo charger is not 100% compatible with iPhone 11 Pro (and I'm assuming Pro Max and regular 11?).

When setting it down on the charger, the phone will only trickle charge and then stop charging around 50-60%. I notice then when I go to sleep every night and wake up in the morning to the phone not fully charged.

I escalated support all the way to engineering (because the product is so new) and they said to turn off optimized battery charging. This worked for a few days, but I lost 3% battery health and it's still givine me incomplete charge around 3/5 times I charge. I turned it back on and I'm still at 3/5.

So for now, I'm just topping off with a fast charger on mornings when the 11 Pro doesn't charge fully. I'm hoping the magsafe duo gets a firmware update of some kind to address this, seems like a thermal issue.
