I am unsure what happened when updating my 64GB Apple TV 4K the other day, but it appears that the update erased all the apps (not app data), and attempted to reinstall all the apps from the tvOS App Store.
This wouldn't be a problem, except for the fact that I had about 25 apps that are no longer in the tvOS App Store.
So, the update basically deleted apps without my knowledge, nor permission.
In addition to deleting my apps that I can no longer get anymore, using personal photos as a screen saver is broken again.
I really wish I could go back to tvOS 12 when everything worked.
