I wanted to share an experience that might save time and frustration for others.
My mom upgraded to an AW7 with cellular service through Verizon. She was on the phone for hours with Verizon and Apple. Verizon kept saying it was a problem with the Watch, but the Watch was working perfectly.
Here is what caused the problem — the Verizon rep deactivated the old Watch but not the old eSIM. Why something as basic as this was missed by Verizon is beyond me, but hopefully this helps others in the same situation.
