PSD/JPEG files saved on diskette from Photoshop on a PC wont open on my macbook

PLEAE HELP! I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF ASSISTANCE.

I have saved about 300 photos on CD from a Windows Vista PC in PSD and JPEG formats. When I tried to insert the CD to my Macbook it says that it is not readable.

Is there any way I can get the files to work on my Mac Photoshop or any other programme on Mac?

Please help I am trying to make a book and this is just getting very tiring.

My guess is that the burn failed. Try burning another copy if that's possible.
