PSP software and Apple

I bought a second hand PSP and didn't get any software with it and as far as I know, I require sony's media manager to place videos on it.

can someone point me in the right direction about:
1. placing movies on a PSP from a mac?
2. placing photos on a PSP from a mac?
3. if the wireless on a PSP can work with internet sharing from your iMac.

No, media manager is unnecessary and only simplifies the process a little.

Putting pictures, demos etc on the psp is a similar process.
