.pst contact files to mac address book or similar

Hi All,

I have seen other similar posts, but one not quite specifically to this question.

I have a Outlook .pst contact file sitting on my Mac desktop. (27KB)
I would like to get the contacts from within it on to my iMac Address Book
or preferably my iPhone. I do not have a Windows computer, though
I am running Windows Professional 2000 using VM Ware. It only has
Outlook Express.

Can anyone help? I am stuck and a not highly technical. This is an
important contact list that I need to get open.
