Hi All.

I am hoping to migrate to a Mac running OFM-2011. I've tried to use Entourage a few year ago, but I found it clumsy compared to Outlook.

I have not read much about the PST file in all the discussions and reviews on the soon to be released OFM - 2011. All of my contacts, tasks, emails, notes etc are housed in the PST file. It is very easy to back-up, and all the info is easily ported and used in another PC.

I understand I will be able to import the data from my pst to a Mac with OFM-2011. But, I don't understand how the data will be stored on my "new mac". Some of the reviews say that the new version of Outlook will store files individually so they will be easier to find in spotlight. Does this mean that there is not one large file containing all the info accessed via Outlook? How does one back up these files in the new Outlook for Mac? Will I be able to copy a file or folder with the data to a flash/thumb drive for storage and back-up?

Any thoughts or info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you-
