iPad psx4all black screen with sound

I use ipod 1. version 5.1.1
I download psx4all 3.0.0, I read that it works faster, so I download from the sources:
cydia/myrepospace.com/dekonstrukcja/
and I install BIOS (scph1001.bin) by useing SSH in "/private/var/root/Media/Cydia/Autoinstall" Change in to 0755 and copy to "/Applications/psx4all.app"

I sound the game great but I gat a black screen, I put the "maintain aspect ratio" off and it's not work. I noticed thet after I reboot or kill the app and dont touch it for a long time, it's return "maintain aspect ratio" to on

I managed to play on Portrait mode but not Landscape, still gat the black screen with sound.
any idea how i can play Landscape mode
