psx4iphone app will not download

I cannot figure this out. I have tried downloading psx4iphones new version 0.2.0 because it appears to be much faster.
However, it appears that my installer doesn't like me.
I tried downloading the app many times, and it appears to download, but will not show up as an icon.
I tried other apps, and they download fine, just not this one.

Help?
