Seems a bit of a shame, but hardly surprising.

Apple probably spend more money on toilet paper for HQ than Pystar have to spend on a legal team.

This is upsetting, not because I was looking to a Psystar computer, but it leaves a lot of questions open(assume the case ends)

1)What is the legal status of OS X on PC? Does the EULA hold up in court?

2)Was Psystar a front for another company/person?(as this article seems to suggest)

Hopefully we'll still get some info about these types of questions

Agreed. These were the only reasons I was looking forward to the outcome of the situation. Whether or not we'll find out is now difficult to determine. 9to5mac believes we should find out once their court appearance is required for bankruptcy.
