Public beta and Messages App wallpaper - no option to assign wallpapers. RESOLVED.

I’m following the direction to assign a wallpaper to a Messages App convo, but there’s no option to do so. Anyone have an update on this feature in the PB?

UPDATE: A few hours after install, the option for backgrounds suddenly appeared. It was NOT there right after install.

i am trying to find a way to change the backround for the messages app backround it self, not test threads i know how to do that. but the backround of all the texts. i wonder why we cant change that
