Public beta or development beta?

Hi!

I just downloaded 10.13.2 public beta 5 from beta.apple.com. When I go into Mac app store and then to updates, it reads development beta. Is this correct or has something been wrong here?

Yes, this is correct. It shows as a developer beta also but it appears as public beta. I'm having this too. There's no differences anyway.
