Public Beta > RC > Now Public 11.0.1 but slow - How do I download a fresh full version?

Hi

I was using the public beta and it was great, very smooth, only a problem with Firefox, that went away when I upgraded to a later version.
Yesterday I brought the release candidate online (about 4.5GB size download) then exited the beta programme.
The computer has slowed down a lot after yesterday so I want to download a full 11.0.1, the put it on a USB and do a fresh install.
I can't get it to download because update thinks it is all up to date.
Apple don't have any downloads available on their website.
Does anyone know a procedure for this?
