Publishing iCal without MobileMe

Hi,

I have a full MobileMe account, but my wife has an e-mail only account.

Is there any way I can use my account to publish her iCal diary? I'd like to be able to subscribe to it both from my iPhone but also from Exchange at work.

I also use Dropbox but it doesn't support webDAV which from my investigations looks like an essential element of publishing calendars.
