I'm a student helping a teacher build and publish a website about his program... We are wanting to publish it on the schools server. Problem is that the IT guy is not very friendly or helpful. I don't know what I'm doing. He gave me access (the server directory / user name & Password) and I can see all the subdirectories pop up, which appears that I made it in. However, I can't upload anything! I've tried many FTP tools like Cyberduck and I keep getting "access denied." I went back and told the IT guy and he said that I need to upload my folder ((through)) FrontPage since the college is using a FrontPage server!

I called my guru and he said that he's never heard that you need to publish a site using Frontpage just because the host happens to be using a Frontpage server! Is this IT guy full of crap? Is my guru unknowing? Am I doomed to never publish my beautiful work of art?

Please Help,
Ben
