PubSubAgent and iDisk

The Hub of the Universe
I've been getting the attached message ever since I activated my iDisk. I don't know if I'm comfortable allowing PubSubAgent (whatever that is) or any other item accessing my confidential information. Anyone know if I should be worried at all?
