Pulling actual file from print queue

I have a Safari plugin that sends an item I want to print from the page directly to my printer's queue. The issue is that I need the actual PDF to save. Normally I would choose Save to PDF from the print window, but this plugin doesn't give me a choice. It just sends the job straight through.

Can I pull the actual file in the queue and save it? I'm able to Quick Look in the queue, but can't do anything from there.
