I believe it is "Fake Clock Up" or something along those lines.

i used fakeclockup and it makes my ipad to lag , speed intensiifier is so beautiful on my ipad .

Found a repo for and tried Speed Intensifier and to be honest it's the exact same extension, just renamed. I'm sticking with FakeClockUp.
