I love my iBook, however, the low audio volume leaves me holding my iBook to my face to hear the audio (or using headphones). I have maxed the normal volume and the sound output volume under system preferences. I also increased the volume through the quicktime controls when I was watching the keynote last night. It wasn't loud enough to enjoy from more than 1 or 2 ft away.
Question: Is there anyway to increase the volume on my iBook other that the ways mentioned above? (I know the iBooks speakers are lousy and the sound depends on the source.)
I am not trying to rock out. I just want to hear Steve.
