Punflay is dropping the price on its top-rated iPad app, Who will Rule HD. The app can now be downloaded for .99 cents. It’s a great deal for this fabulous animated story book for kids 4 and older. If you are looking for a great multicultural story for your child, this one’s for you. This vividly illustrated story is based on an Aboriginal tale. The hand-drawn illustrations in this story are a beautiful blend of Indian and Aboriginal folk art. Besides the “Read to me” and “I Read” choices, the app also comes with four language options (English, French, Spanish and German). Hit the iTunes store to download Who will Rule.
