Wow. I don't think I can name 5! I don't listen to much punk, although I do have a few songs from game soundtracks

It really depends on my mood, I guess. I'll just throw a few bands up here.

The truth is I don't really listen to hard core punk rock much,:eek: but I have a few songs of those guys in my iTunes Library so there you go.

um...
Don't really listen to much punk. I find it hard to like popular stuff 'cuz I find it takes away from the punk ideology (Blink 182, Greenday etc). I'd probably just class the above as plain old rock in my mind.
 
All of these bands have sort of lost it in their later albums... but for earlier stuff:

The Offspring, SMASH. Dude, I have to wear a diaper when I listen to that album, I get too excited! Largest selling album from a private label. 11 million records sold worldwide by Epitaph. Mr. Brett from Bad Relligion owns Epitaph. I actually got to meet him after a show in Hollywood.
 
I know I know Bad Religion and Rancid. I'm guessing I know NOFX. And Pennywise. But I'm not too sure 'cause I'm not good w/ names. :eek:

That said, I only know a couple of their songs and haven't heard them since a friend made me a mixed tape (yes, tape as in cassette tape) years ago w/ Nerf Herders on it. I like them. :D

My band supported Lars & the Bastards a couple of years back. They were a joke! 4.5 hours to sound check, meaning us and the other support couldn't do a sound check and had to do a line check. They had a HUGE soundboard with about 96 channels on it, plus a seperate monitor mixer all for a venue with a capacity of 600.

Musically the stuff they played during the sound check was much better than the stuff they did for the show!
