So I was browsing throught the forums and I was reading that people are getting a discount on Mobile Me when they are purchasing the 3GS at the online apple store. If I get one on launch day at ATT is there a way that I can prove to apple that I bought one and get the $30 off?

ATT might have the mobile me boxes there in the store, they had the apple care ones before.

Also, you can order mobile me on amazon for about $69 anyways. Usually they are damaged boxes, but all you need is the code inside.

If they don't have them at the store will Apple let me purchase at the discounted price online? Thanks, btw.

Probably not. MAYBE in the apple store if you have your receipt with proof of iPhone purchase.

I just buy it on amazon every year. its slightly cheaper that way ($5 cheaper than with the discount).

Yeah, that seems more logical than to purchase through Apple. Why can they offer it significantly less?
