just had our trusty old Powerbook & ipod stolen whilst in Hanoi (watch out for damn motorbike snatches! they're damn cunning)....we can't live without our mac or ipod so we need to purchase replacements asap.
We are heading to Bangkok shortly for a couple of days before heading on to Tokyo.
Can anyone recommend where it's best to purchase apple products from either of these two cities?
Issues we are thinking of are:
* operating system and keyboard in english
* warranty (get the applecare and we'll be okay, ya?)
* problem of dodgy operators? ie registered apple suppliers? quite a few fakes in SE ASIA...
* possible price differences? (ie where's cheaper?)
