Purchase from App Store is gone

I recently just looked on the Mac App Store at a few games, and noticed that one I purchased is showing the value of the App and that I never have purchased it. Looking at my purchases, it ceases to exist. What I did was look into my orders through iTunes, and sure enough, it's there. I have contacted Apple about it, but I want to hear some input. I feel like this probably is intentional, as it was just a mere 99 cents but thats besides the point.
