Purchased App won't download on Macbook Pro

Hi there, we purchased Borderlands from the App store back in April and it STILL hasn't downloaded! When we look on the Launchpad, it says downloading but the bar has not moved more than about 2mm ever. We have good (fast) internet access so download speed is not the problem. I have no idea what to do now. Can somebody please help me?

Delete from Launchpad.
Go to Purchases in Mac App Store (MAS) and select to download again.

I have a similar problem with Battle Stations: Midway. How does one find the Launchpad?

Launchpad is in Applications.
