purchased apple care+ question

i put my serial number in that website that selfsolve website and it doesnt say 2 years or anything

i got a receipt but id like to know for certain its activated, i went to the store paid 107$ he said i didnt need to keep the receipt (i did)...never got anything else do i need to activate it or what gives

How long ago was it registered...? It can take up to 72 hrs to show up on apples website.

I tried the same thing with my iPad. It doesn't show up on the website like my MBP did. I waited a few days and it finally showed up. I had my receipt sent to my email and kept the hard copy. You shouldn't have any problems if you purchased it from the Apple store.

You can try adding the iPhone to you register of devices online.

what state do you live in? there is no tax on AppleCare where I live in the states... $99 even should have been your total

It took mine around 4 days to show up on apples website

i called apple today, the "Genius" did not activate the apple care+ they had to do it, all is fixed and its showing up now took a 20 minute phone call but oh well

keep your receipts and make sure its activated
