Purchased Apps not showing up on iPad air

Hello I recently purchased the air and I tried to log off/on my iTunes account and reboot it a few times to get my hidden apps to refresh. Basically it made all my apps disappear and my air won't recognize any app I've purchased. I've reboot it and even factory reset it twice but it still won't display the apps. Interestingly enough, the iTunes purchases are available and so are the books. Is there any way to solve this issue? Thank you.

At least your iTunes purchases are still available and so are the books. Have you contacted the dreaded tech support?
