Enter your serial number in there, you can find it in system profiler under utilities, or written somewhere on the machine.
You can buy additional warranty if you are still in the first 1 year of warranty.

Thanks very much. For the extended warranty if I can get one can I only buy it through apple or are there more economical ways to get a warranty cheaper?
It is good until May 4th of 09. So I'm covered. There is nothing wrong with this unit and I think it's going to serve me well
