Purchased iTunes store music not available in library iTunes 12.2.2

I was using iTunes on my work macbook to stream music I'd purchased off the iTunes store, however the macbook had to go back for repair, and now any purchased music does not show up in my iTunes library.

I've taken the iTunes account off the computer, and put it back on, de-authorized and re-authorized the machine, and I don't pay for iTunes match, so where all the google links say "Update iTunes match" I can't.

Anyone got any suggestions?
