My friend bought an LCD for his powerbook G4 aluminum for me to replace

I've replaced LCDs before but I dont have a knowledge of which are the correct LCDs until I open up the computer and look at the cables. Well it turns out his computer needs the LCD with the longer Pink and Yellow wires and the LCD we have has short Blue and White wires.

My questions is: Which model apple computer does the Blue and white wired LCD go to?

You realize that probably no one here is going to be able to answer your question.

Its like asking which car engine takes the red and blue oil filter. It makes not sense.

im not sure what you mean by those but it sounds like your talking about the inverter wires.

which can just be cut and spliced, match the colors and the whites. be careful, your dealing with a deadly amount of electricity in those, make sure there discharged.

if you post a picture i can tell you whether or not its going to work.
