Anyone have experience with buying something about a week before Black Friday weekend and convincing Apple to give you a $200 gift card (this year’s incentive) as if you had bought the computer during Black Friday? I feel like it should work, since I can always argue that if they don’t do it, then I will return the item and re-purchase it today (cyber Monday).

I got my laptop on Thursday so i called in. They told me to return it and buy a new one. I said sure i could do that but to me it seems stupid and she agreed. Nothing she could do though. She expected to see a lot of returns
I returned min and the new one is on its way now.
