iPod touch Purchased Playlist?

Is there a way to perminately delete this playlist?

I purchased a song, and this playlist was created with the song in it.

On iTunes I delete it and put the song in a different playlist, but even after my iPod syncs, the playlist is still there, and the song is not in the different playlist.

Can someone help? Thanks.
