Purchased Ringtones on new iTunes for 3G

I go though the steps in iTunes, create my ringtone, and purchase it, it never turns up in my iTunes, nor syncs to my phone. Anyone else having this issue. I have iTunes 7.7.

and NO I'm not looking for links to a free ringtone maker, I just want to pay for mine LOL go figure. (I mean, the songs I want to use are iTunes songs, can't use them in iToner)
