Purchased songs problem...

Hi,



2 problems -



1. My songs aren't automatically downloading on all my devices when i purchase music from the store.



2. When i manually download the tracks, they don't appear in my purchased playlist.



To be honest, i'm sick to death of these problems, these has happened at least 3 or 4 times before, i must have deleted and flattened my iPhone several times to try and fix it. I'm just about done with apple to be honest.



Any ideas or suggestions anyone?



My devices are iPhone 5c (ios9.1), iPad (iOS 9.1), mac pro (Yosemite 10.5), mbp (Yosemite 10.5)
