purchased wrong air!!!

hi, me and my sister purchased a new macbook air (online) for my dads birthday, my sister said he wanted the 13" but it turns out he wants the 11....


it says its too late to cancel, with 14 day return, if i take it to a apple store unopened could they exchange it or will i have to doit through the online store?

Call the online store and see if they can switch it (unless it has shipped already).

If your air is a custom order, then you can't swap it at a retail store.

thanks iv just to a friendly woman on the phone she is going to try and stop it if it hasnt moved too far!

she said if it ships he can play with it for a few days and return it anyway. hopefully he will love it though!!!

send it back!

Apple will let you return it, and with the updated MacBook airs being released today I HIGHLY recommend you send it back and then re-order the one he wants at the new spec

Don't let him open it. Just return it unopened.

well its shipped will be here tomorow, new 1.8 air 13" its goin to be hard not to open it while i wait for them to come pick it back up!!
