Purchases keep appearing in iPads music list...

Hey there...

My iTunes 12 seems kinda out of control.
With my iPad, certain purchases from iTunes keep appearing in the "on my device" music list...
Not all purchases, only a few. But always the same items.
They are greyed and not actually on the device.
When I erase them, unplug the device, or close and reopen iTunes, they are back.
There seems nothing I can do and those purchases keep appearing it's annoying.

Auto-downloads are turned off on my iPad.

Any idea?
