Purchases vanish temporary.

Sometimes when viewing Purchases in Movies and TV Shows, titles vanish (Attached), And i need to either sign-out and sign back in, or return to Home screen, then go back as a workaround..

I'm done a restore since and so far that may have solved it, but i'm still testing this..

This is only on Apple TV,, not on iTunes, so i don't believe its account related.

Anyone else had this happen?

Yes..it is happening to me randomly since last few weeks...restart works sometimes...if i goto tv app, i can see my purchased content...it is frustrating.

I also had this after first installing the update released just prior to the 11.3 public beta, but haven't noticed it since. Although since the public beta, I've mostly been using Computers app/Home Sharing

For some reason about 80% of the movies I have purchased(currently have 320ish) I will go to watch one and it wants me to BUY it again. Its super annoying and I don't know how to fix it. It will be like that and then it will go back to normal. A restart does not fix it and I'm running the public software, no betas. Any ideas?

Over the last few days I used the iTunes TV & Movie store apps. Purchases, mostly tv shows are sporadically disappearing. In its place is full screen grid similar to the favorites screen but only a few purchases are there.

Mine are all there, they don't disappear, but when I select them it comes up with the price of the movie and it wants me to purchase it again. After a restart of the Apple TV(4K) sometimes it will fix the problem, other times it will not. They always come back but sometimes it takes a few hours, sometimes a restart and a few minutes later.

Its very annoying though when I want to watch a certain movie and I go to select it and I can't watch it because it wants me to purchase it again.

I have seen Buy on some of my purchased titles show up in my library. On one of the cheaper items, I clicked it to see what it did and I got message stating I had already purchased that item do I want to watch it now or not. So iTunes Store seems to recognize items already purchased. It worked on a TV show and movie I tested.

Rather than case Apple down for someting they can't prove themselves because it doesn't always happen, i like to take my own advice and say its firmware bug.

Weather that's wrong, is Apple's view, BUT if they can't tell me why it happens, i'll go with with my with suggested. I may give them another call (5th time now), I do like to consonantly pester them
