I’m sitting on six $100 visa gift cards from work and want to use it on a new MacBook. From what I’ve seen online and a quick chat with Apple online sales support, I can only use up to two credit cards. Seeing the various black Friday type deals about Apple cards at target or Amazon That give you back a 10 or 15% gift card, has anybody gone down the route of buying a lot of Apple store type gift cards and then applying them to a large purchase like a MacBook? Any lessons learned or recommendations?

I’m mostly interested in just finally getting rid of these gift cards on a splurge purchase like a MacBook to replace my eight year old NBA.

My best guess would be to buy 6 different Apple giftcards with the Visa gift cards, not sure how many transactions this would take. Then after you have received those gift cards - you can apply up to 8 in your order I believe - pay the rest with a regular credit card. Hope this helps! ?

I will be also buying 2 gift cards to add to my order. The maximum gift card value in my country is 2000 euro, so 100 a piece shouldn't be a problem. Also make sure the gift cards you buy are not for the App store but for the actual Apple Store and Online store.
