Purchasing a new MBP w Applecare?

I recently purchased a imac with the apple care plan and i was looking into purchasing the new mbp. I was wondering should i purchase another apple care plan as well just to be safe or if i don't and something goes wrong with the mbp what would i need to do?

Thanks. Is there any time limit on when one can purchase it? Say i purchase the mpb now can i go back to the apple store and purchase a apple care plan for it in a couple of weeks etc..

yes you can..its either 6months or a year that is the limit

i forget..it might even be 3 years as long as the system still works
