Purchasing in-store with VZW Business Account

I was wondering if buying from an Apple retail BRICK & MORTAR store would affect me buying a phone? I am eligible for an upgrade but I want to buy unsubsidized on Verizon in order to keep my Unlimited Data Plan.

Does anyone have experience with this situation? Results?
