Purchasing iPad "4" at Best Buy - Any news?

I am wanting to purchase a 32 GB black iPad "4" from Best Buy.. but I haven't seen any useful information regarding when they will have units available. I know Apple's site says "available to ship mid-November", but that's not very helpful.

Does anyone know anything about this yet?

Edit: I failed to clarify that I'm wanting a cellular at&t iPad "4".

The nearest Best Buy to my home doesn't carry or service Apple products and they are in the state capitol. if you want to find out the status at your store ask them.
