Purchasing Online with Multiple Sources

Well since I want to build my credit up, I thought I'd buy my mbp with my credit card. The thing is, my limit is $1,000.

Is there anyway to pay with a credit card and then my debit?
Or is this only possible in store?

Ordering from the Apple store online allows you to use two credit cards. So you should be able to use your credit card and then a debit card also.

Should I order online or drive twenty~thirty minutes to get it? Which is more secure in terms of documentation?

Is there a limit to the amount of gift cards you can use? I got one for Xmas, Bday, and expecting one on father's day.
