Got a new Pure i-20 dock/dac a few months ago, worked fine with my iPhone 5s, using an Apple lightning to 30 pin adapter. But the thing doesn't work with my new iPhone 6, argh. No sound, nothing.
Pure support confirmed it isn't compatible, saying vaguely that Apple changed something. Given that the dock works with all iPhone models up to the 5s, this seems odd.
So two questions really, does anyone know if Apple changed the specs of the lightning connector in the iPhone 6, or somehow changed something that would make a dock stop working ?
Second question, has anyone found their dock stopped working with a new iPhone 6 ? Pure or otherwise ?
Luckily I still have my old iPhone 5s, so we can still use the dock, but it's a bit annoying all the same, and I'm curious to know what's afoot here.
