i know i know the old rule "dont shoot out a car window"
but, what if you slow the shutter under a second.
shoot with a nikon 70-300 f4-5.6.
at night?

It is, in an odd sort of way, very intriguing. Nice creativity!
 
I have no problems shooting out of a car window. I usually use the 70-200mm f/2.8 VRII. Set VR to active, use S mode and set it to about 400 at least.

By the way, what is that? It looks to be heavily cropped.
 
thats the headlights of a car on the opposit side of a highway.
no cropping (and really no post) was used; just look point shoot.
1.6 sec at f16 iso1600; nikon d100; 70-300 at 300mm.
