For sheer internet surfing experience which OS do you think has the upper hand? And why?

I've been comparing Leopard with Windows 7 on a mac mini, that is keeping all other things the same.

Just wondering what observations anyone found?

Mac, the window handling system in windows 7 sucks if you multiple windows open, OS X is much better because of Exposé. I know it doesn't apply to you directly but the multitouch inputs of the MB and MBP's make it even easier to browse i.e. two finger scrolling, three finger back and forwards, four fingers Exposé.
