PureFTPd

I'm trying to setup my iMac as an FTP server. So far I have followed the following instruction:

PureFTPd Guide

1. I've setup my No-IP name

2. Installed the No-IP Address Client and activated it.

3. Port-forward my computers ip address

4. Installed PureFTPd, setup a user/pass

I then tried testing this on FETCH and it returns with

Any idea why?

I can setup a test account for anyone willing to help.
