I went through my iTunes library a while ago and deleted tons of tracks. However, some did not delete off my HDD. I'm getting a MBP soon (from a HP Pavilion Windows 7 laptop) and want to only move the music that's in my library over - but still know exactly what tracks still remain.

My first thought was this:
1) Change my iTunes Library music folder in the prefs to a newly created directory.
2) Use the "Consolidate Library" feature to move ALL music into this new folder.
3) Theoretically, that would only leave the tracks not in my library in the old iTunes music folder, right?

Would this also move all my Apps and Movies and TV Shows over?

Suggestions please!
