Hello!

As you can guess from the title, I am looking for a way to purge the Safari Address Bar Auto-complete history.

Each time I buy a new mac (every 10 months or so), I use iBackup to carry over my files, libraries and settings.

Now, each time I start typing in an address in Safari, it suggests addresses that I once visited.

Problem is, it's very spotty. Some addresses I know I entered by hand once are not suggested like I would like them to, and other addresses I visited years ago and don't want to show up because they are now irrelevant (one time visit etc.) keep showing up.

I would like to know which file Safari stores that information in, to be able to just erase it.
Even when resetting Safari, it does not go away.

I did not try software like Saft yet and would prefer not having to resort to such measures.

Any input is appreciated.
